Welcome to Yoga Valo. Our hot yoga studio offers a clean and cozy place to do the original Tibetian and Bikram hot yoga.
Tibetian yoga is suitable for beginner and intermediate level yogists, while 90 minute Bikram requires a bit more physical stamina.

Our hot yoga studio offers a clean and cozy place to do the original hot yoga (Bikram Yoga) which has many beneficial impacts on physical, mental and spiritual well beign. which has many beneficial impacts on physical, mental and spiritual well being. Our principle is to give you real yoga experiences combining your body and mind in a holistic way. In our yoga classes you do not just undertake the Bikram asana series mechanically but you learn to listen to your body and develop your mind with the help of meditation during the yoga practice.
Why do we get sick? How could we remain healthy? Why do we have ego? And what is the meaning of life? Yoga Valo (means Yoga Light in English) is a monument and a gesture of gratitude for my wonderful Light experience. I would like to put that Light and Energy to the body and soul of every single person, to all the dark parts of human life.
Hot yoga practice
The hot yoga practice at Yoga Valo consists of two Pranayama breathing exercise and 26 Hatha Yoga asanas. Each asana has its own effects in the body. You can read the descriptions of all asanas if you follow the button below.
Our knowledge is based on modern scientific research combined with many years of practice. The hot yoga at Yoga Valo holistically benefits the body and mind, tunes hormones, compliments weight control, improves heart condition and strengthens the bones.
Meditation and mindfulness courses
We focus on both body and mind. Meditation and mindfulness is proven to be beneficial for whole body well-being. Information on the forthcoming courses will be published later.
We organize 10-day yoga trips to Vietnam and 7-day yoga trips to French Riviera. Information on the upcoming trips will be published in the main page.
Yoga teacher training
I have tried many sports, e.g. crossfit, spinning, body pump, but hot yoga beats them all. It’s a very diverse form of sport as in addition to physical fitness it develops also balance and flexibility. In addition to doing hot yoga myself I booked a private class to my employees and they liked it a lot, too.
Bikram Yoga is a great aid in stress management. No matter how stressed I was before the yoga class the stress always stays in the yoga studio, and after the class my mind is nice and light.
I tried hot yoga for the first time in Hani’s class and the results were amazing: I lost weight, energy levels increased, blood pressure got back to normal and type 2 diabetes will also be totally gone soon. I also love the peace and joy after the meditation during the class.
